Who should attend: Corporate services paralegals and legal support staff, articling students, and lawyers with 1 – 2 years experience looking for a refresher on corporate records.
Learning level: Fundamental
Learn why you should review a minute book, what documents it contains and where to find them, and what documents you should check and why. Work through a sample minute book and learn how to find errors, to cross-check errors with other documentation, and deal with the consequences and effects of mistakes and risk assumption.
