The Wills, Estates & Trusts Conference 2014 is comprised of 2 days. Day 1 is an Estate Planning update. Join our knowledgeable and experience faculty as they delve into the important topics of the day including the WESA, and provide you with practical advice on the emerging and increasingly complex issues in estate planning.
On Day 2, you will learn about recent court decisions, hot topics, and practice issues in Estate Litigation, including the impact of WESA changes. Experienced counsel will update you on the latest developments in the law and provide you with practical tips, strategies, and advice to improve your ability to bring, defend, and mediate estate litigation cases.
