In this course, you will learn how to deal with post-amalgamation issues such as:
- resolutions
- shares and share certificates
- updating records
- other updating considerations
This course is the 3rd course in the Advanced Corporate Procedures Series, designed to teach you the corporate procedures, filings and issues related to the amalgamation of BC companies. Other courses in the Advanced Corporate Procedures Series are:
