In today's world, legal practice has become fast-paced with a seemingly limitless number of demands coming at lawyers from all directions.  There is enormous pressure on lawyers to give in and say "Yes" to requests from clients and colleagues even when this contributes to feeling overwhelmed, overloaded, and high levels of stress.

This presentation by Coach Allison Wolf applies to legal practice, the work of world-renowned negotiator and mediator William Ury, and the Positive No system taught at Harvard University and wrote about in his book, The Power of a Positive No.
