The sentencing process is one of the most common features of a criminal case; however, this aspect is by no means routine or simple. There are a range of vital issues to be addressed in sentencing, and counsel must be alive to these elements if they are to ensure a just and efficient resolution of a file.
This comprehensive course will look at a broad array of hot topics in sentencing, both established and emerging. Criminal practitioners across a broad range of experience will benefit from this course.
