Join us for a one-day comprehensive course on workers' compensation law issues, where we will look at the most critical issues that practitioners face when dealing with WCB claims and occupational health and safety issues.
The fourth and final course in CLEBC's Family Law Mediation curriculum, this program will focus on issues such as bias and impartiality, ethical issues in mediation, high-conflict personalities, culture, co-mediation, and multiparty disputes.
This four-day in-person course builds on the foundation provided by the Fundamentals of Mediation course (or an equivalent) by introducing more skills and providing lots of practice opportunities.
