MARVYN KOENIGSBERG and SANDY CUNNINGHAM have been involved with the intensive annual award-winning Advocacy Skills Workshop since its inception over 15 years ago.

Born and raised in Vancouver, CATHERINE GIBSON is a partner in the Vancouver office of Davis LLP. Her business law practice includes advising on a wide range of commercial transactions with an emphasis on real estate, commercial lending, and general corporate matters.

TINA DION is a sole practitioner in the areas of Aboriginal, environmental and administrative law, and civil litigation. She started as an Article Student and practitioner with the criminal law boutique firm, Orris Burns, then practised civil litigation with the First Nations practice group at Blake, Cassels and Graydon.

RANDY KLARENBACH practices in the Real Estate group at Richards Buell Sutton LLP in Vancouver, giving general business advice with a focus on real estate development and commercial leasing, and a particular emphasis on condominium law.

SCOTT BOOTH is a partner with the Vancouver firm Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP. His litigation/dispute resolution practice focuses on family law matters, and he regularly appears before all levels of BC courts in relation to a broad range of matrimonial and family law disputes.

DAVID CRERAR is a partner with the Vancouver office of Borden Ladner Gervais. He practices civil and commercial litigation with a focus on media law and defamation, shareholder disputes, protection of trade secrets, Internet litigation, banking and pension litigation.

FIONA HUNTER, a partner at Horne Coupar, in Victoria, BC, practices in the area of estate planning, encompassing trusts, estate mediation and litigation.
