DON SIHOTA is a partner at Clark Wilson LLP, BC’s law firm for business. His practice focuses on private company transactions, wealth preservation, business succession and M&A across a broad range of industries.

TODD BELL exclusively practices in family law and generally in litigation assisting in family disputes which have not been able to be resolved through the preferable routes of mediation or collaborative law.

PATRICK WILLIAMS was called to the bar in May, 1975. Pat is a partner at Clark Wilson LLP, where he has practiced for more than 31 years.

MORAG MCLEOD is a senior family litigator, certified family law mediator and arbitrator, and parenting coordinator in private practice in Vancouver.

TIM SCHOBER has practiced in Victoria for his entire career. He is currently enjoying the incredible harbour view (and personalities) at Pearlman Lindholm, after a lengthy stint with Cardinal Law, a shorter stint with the modest Schober & Company, and a few other gigs.

EDNA RITCHIE articled and practiced in Prince George where her focus was on litigation involving family law, foreclosures, creditors’ remedies, and civil litigation. Marriage brought her to Vancouver where she practiced family law, civil litigation, and conveyancing.

MARK DAVIES is a partner at BC’s oldest law firm, Richards Buell Sutton LLP. His areas of expertise are corporate, commercial and real estate law, with specialties in realization, secured transactions, and insolvency topics ranging from debtor re-organizations and workouts to bankruptcy and creditor remedies.

ANNA LAING was born in Vancouver, and raised in Prince George and Surrey. She articled and practiced at Peterson Stark & Fowler (later Peterson Stark Scott) for 16 years in a general civil litigation/family practice before moving to Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP in 2004.

MARVYN KOENIGSBERG and SANDY CUNNINGHAM have been involved with the intensive annual award-winning Advocacy Skills Workshop since its inception over 15 years ago.

Born and raised in Vancouver, CATHERINE GIBSON is a partner in the Vancouver office of Davis LLP. Her business law practice includes advising on a wide range of commercial transactions with an emphasis on real estate, commercial lending, and general corporate matters.
